Livingston County Parcel Combination Request Form

Used to combine parcels with the following requirements: – All property taxes must be paid in full. Tax receipts showing proof of payment may be requested.

  • All requests must be submitted prior to Taxable Status Day, March 1.
  • Parcels within an agricultural district can not be combined with parcels outside of an agricultural   district.
  • Parcels must have the same deeded owners of record.
  • Parcels must be in the same school district.
  • Parcels must be adjacent and/or not split by another parcel.
  • Parcels must be in the same municipality.
