LIVINGSTON COUNTY'S FEDERAL ROAD PROJECT

The County Highway Dept started work on Federal Rd (CR 56) 04/01/2013.

THE SPEED LIMIT IS 35 MPH IN THE WORK ZONE AREA.

The signs are in white with black letters which means, that the speed limit is 35 MPH 24 hours a day as long as the signs are not covered - fines are doubled in posted work zones.

Please watch for flag/traffic control personnel workers, and equipment.

Sections of the road will be closed when the surface is treated with asphalt.

Town of Conesus Highway Projects

Starting May 20th the Conesus Highway Department will begin grading Partridge Corners Road and Bishop Road - weather permitting.

This process will ready these roads for the oil and stone treatment scheduled for June 26th.

Roads will not be closed during grading but please slow down and exercise caution in the construction zones.

TOUR DE CURE TO PASS THROUGH CONESUS ON SUNDAY JUNE 2ND

The 100 mile portion of the Tour de Cure Race will pass through Conesus on Sunday, June 2, 2013.

Race representatives predict that there will be approximately 4 cyclists involved with this division of the event.

The roads involved within the Town of Conesus are East Lake Rd., Sliker Hill Rd. and West Lake Rd.

Please be on the lookout for the cyclists and exercise caution during the event.
