Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Conesus Town Board will conduct
a Public Hearing to on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 7:05 PM at the Conesus
Town Hall, 6210 South Livonia Rd., Conesus, NY to consider the adoption of a local
law which provides for a six (6) month moratorium for the entire Town of
Conesus relating to the extraction of natural gas by the process of high-volume
hydraulic fracturing. At such hearing, any person may be heard in favor of or
against said local law.
A copy of the proposed local law is available for review by
the public at the office of the Town Clerk during regular Town Clerk hours, or
on the Town's web site at www.town.conesus.ny.us
