NOTICE OF FILING COMPLETED  ASSESSMENT ROLL WITH CLERK

(Pursuant to Section 516 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessment Roll for the Town of Conesus in the County of Livingston for the year 2015, has been finally completed by the undersigned Assessor, and a certified copy thereof will be filed in the office of the Town Clerk, on the 1st day of July, 2015, where the same will remain open to public inspection.  A copy of the roll may be viewed by accessing the Town of Conesus website http://town.conesus.ny.us/content/Generic/View/31 or the Livingston County website http://livingstoncounty.us/real_property_assessment.htm

Sheen Housing curently has home repair grant money available for single family home owners in Livingston County.  The grant covers home repairs such as hot water heaters, furnaces, roofs, electrical work, bathroom and kitchen repairs for eligible applicants for more information or an application call (585) 657-4114 in Bloomfield, NY.
Travel Advisories, Restrictions and Closures - What Do They Mean?

TRAVEL ADVISORY:  Caution is advised since hazardous conditions could be encountered.
NO UNNECESSARY TRAVEL:  Hazardous driving conditions exist and no unnecessary travel is recommended.  This restriction is not mandatory and is left to the traveling public to decide their comfort zone or the roadways, however, if it is essential to travel, do so with caution in considering the changing weather conditions.
ROADS CLOSED EXCEPT FOR ESSENTIAL TRAVEL:  Travel is limited for medical personnel, fire, law enforcement, emergency services and personnel essential to the emergency and those on their way to and from performing essential acts associated with the preservation of life and/or property.
ROADS CLOSED EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY TRAVEL: Extremely hazardous driving conditions exist with threatening life and/or property.  Travel is limited to emergency vehicles or vehicles on their way to and from performing emergency acts associated with the preservation of life and/or property.
