The Comprehensive Plan/Zoning Alignment Committee has scheduled a meeting for Monday, May 3rd, 2010 at 7PM in the upstairs of the Town Hall to review and update Zoning Laws to reflect the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. Upon completion, this committee's recommendations will be presented to the Town Board for legislative action. A representative from the Livingston County Office for the Aging will available on February 22, 2010 and March 29, 2010 from 12PM-1PM at the Conesus Town Office located at 6224 South Livonia Rd. to assist the elderly and/or their caregivers. In order to provide for safe removal of snow during the winter months, the storage of any property within sixteen (16) feet east and west from the centerline on all of East Lake Road that is located in the Town of Conesus is prohibited effective the first day of November each year and continuing through the 31st day of March in the succeeding year.

Anyone who would like fill dirt from road ditch cleaning projects is invited to call Superintendent Martucio to place your name on the list.
Depending on the weather, an extensive ditching program will be conducted throughout the summer and early fall months.
This is not quality topsoil and may contain rocks and other roadside ditch debris.
Please call the Highway Office at 346-5570. Early mornings, before 7:00 a.m. are best. You may leave a message on the answering machine and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Did you know that you can purchase a phonecard and donate it to the USO for our military service men and women? Phonecards can no longer be purchased at the US Post Office but you can drop one off and they will make sure they get to our service men and women. The Conlon Mulvaney American Legion also regularly sends packages to the troops.
