Site Plan to combine two (2) parcels (5494 & 5492 East Lake Road) into one (1) parcel and construct an accessory structure utilizing the existing footprint of a previously partially constructed structure.  No utilities have been hooked up yet but will be.  The lot coverage now is 37 % and the Conesus Code is 35%.  The imperviable surface and walkway will need to come out to meet the 35%.  This application was sent to the County Planning Board for review.
