The next meetings of the Conesus Town Board will
be held on October 17, 2017
Workplace Violence Training will be provided by
Phyllis Applin, Livingston County Sheriff Office, for all Town of Conesus
employees and Board volunteers (mandated by New York State) on October 17th at
6:30 pm, just prior to the Town Board meeting.
The Conesus Highway Department will receive Workplace Violence Training at
11 am at the Town Hall. Employees may
attend either training session, which will take less than 20 minutes.

Town Hall Maintenance and
We will be sending out a second round of
Requests for Proposals for the concrete front landing and the accessible
walkway at the Town Hall. Contractors were too busy in the late summer
to take on another project for 2017.
Grant Status Report: Supervisor
The new playground has been installed at Ricky Greene Memorial
Park. The surfacing for the playground has not yet been completed.
Presentation of the Town of Conesus Tentative 2018 Budget: Clerk McNinch
In accordance with Real Property Tax Law 495, an
exemption report is attached to this Tentative 2018 Budget, prepared by
Livingston County Real Property Tax Services.

C.L.E.A.N. Recycling Center -
has received and accepted the resignation of the Recycling Coordinator as of
8:45 am on Saturday, September 30th (Resignation date was Revised to 10/10/2017 at the Town Board Meeting of the same date).
Dan Walkley and Rudy Mosher have agreed to take on the responsibilities
previously handled by the Coordinator. A
discussion of the rate of pay for Dan and Rudy will be held. The proposal from Supervisor Donohue is to
pay Dan and Rudy $14 per hour for their time at the center on Saturdays, plus
an additional hour and one half at the same rate to discharge the weekday
duties of the center.
