Used to combine parcels with the following requirements:
- All property taxes must be paid in full. Tax receipts showing proof of payment may be requested.
- All requests must be submitted prior to Taxable Status Day, March 1.
- Parcels within an agricultural district can not be combined with parcels outside of an agricultural
district.
- Parcels must have the same deeded owners of record.
- Parcels must be in the same school district.
- Parcels must be adjacent and/or not split by another parcel.
- Parcels must be in the same municipality.
