The Zoning Board of Appeals considers applications for appeals of
decisions made in the enforcement of local ordinances and laws. Their
most common duty is to make determinations related to applications for
area variances. In the granting of such variances the Zoning Board of
Appeals strives to preserve and protect the character of the
neighborhood and the health, safety, and welfare of the community. The
Board, in the granting of variances, imposes reasonable conditions and
restrictions as deemed necessary to minimize any adverse impact on the
neighborhood or community.
Meeting Time and Place:
The "ZBA" meets on the last Monday of each month at 7:00PM in the upstairs of the Town Hall located at 6210 South Livonia Rd., Conesus.
